April Damron

With 10 years of wine industry experience, I founded Damron Marketing to help wineries improve their brand image, customer relations and strategic planning. I know how much work it takes to build and maintain a brand. My goal is to provide wineries with creative marketing tools in-line with sales goals and budget.

Professional Experience
My experience includes wine marketing for both new and established wineries, including brand management, website development, consumer direct communications and promotions. My wide array of firsthand experience provides me with the knowledge and skills to implement strategic marketing that produces results.

Working with family owned wineries and managing small marketing teams, I understand the constraints and challenges that can deter marketing progress. I have the expertise to overcome these obstacles. My professional experience includes Silver Oak Cellars, Twomey Cellars, Eagle Castle Winery, Robert Hall Winery and Summerwood Winery. While at Silver Oak, I managed all branding initiatives, consumer direct sales and communications. I was responsible for the launch of the existing Silver Oak Cellars and Twomey Cellars websites and the implementation of the e-commerce within those sites.

MS in Agriculture with an emphasis in wine marketing

I live in the Napa Valley with my husband Andrew, son Julian and dog Mia. I enjoy travel, hiking, bocce, yoga and of course a nice glass of wine.
